I am applying for a management position with a local hospital. I am almost done with my MBA with an emphasis in health care management. The hospital is requiring a minimum 2 years experience with durable medical equipment and I don’t have that experience however my education covers DME Products. I have a letter of recommendation from the chief of staff for the hospital. How do I overcome this deficiency in my cover letter and resume in order to land an interview? Health insurance companies today don't care about the subscriber. I hate mine, and it is just a "wearing down'" after you call and call and appeal and appeal and then they pay out under $5 for claims !! I am fed up.
