Medical Products Sales Questions and Answers
Open Question: How to promote training courses on survival in the Amazon, a river cruiser and a travel agency in Internet?
I need to promote four (4) specialized products and I require advice from people with experience in online marketing and those people that are responsible for the area of promotion, marketing or sales of travel agencies and tourism companies that offer survival courses and cruises. This company is located in Iquitos, an exotic city in the middle of the Peruvian Amazon, one of the least explored and most bio-diverse area in the world. The products I have to help to promote are: 1. Training courses on survival in the Amazon jungle, for companies or adventure travelers. 2. Visits to remote indigenous communities that preserve their customs, for anyone interested. 3. Research or study trips in the Peruvian Amazon, for researchers, students and anyone interested. 4. Travel by river cruises along the Amazon river and tributaries or cruises in Pacaya-Samiria National Reserve (the largest reserve in the floodable Amazon jungle in South America). These are quality products. The company respect and teach the travelers to respect the nature. They take medical help or supplies to river communities and indigenous tribes they visit. Trips are designed to understand the nature and their ecosystems. This company works with professional and specialized staff as naturalists and, in case of survival training courses, with instructors of the Air Force. The company weakness is the international promotion and that is my challenge. I have had successful experiences in promoting hotels. But I never promoted this type of product. Therefore, I have several questions: A. Where or in what ways should I promote these four products? B. What websites, especially free of charge, you known to promote these products? In hotels, for example, there are sites like Tripadvisor and others. C. Do you know websites and forums that are focused on "selling" the four travel products I have? D. What social networks focused on these products are available? I know that there are Facebook, Twiter, Flirck, but, do you know any social network for adventure travelers or interested in this kind of trips? E. I was considering using the Lonely Planet, Viajeros and Losviajeros forums. Do you know others forums or specialized forums? Regardless of language. F. Does anyone could help me with the contact details of publishers of travel guides (Lonely, Frommers, Footprints, etc.)? G. I was thinking in contact with TV and film producers or film makers to promote the services of the company and be a strategic partners for films in the Amazon. Where and how I may contact with big producers companies as Discovery, NatGeo, BBC, etc., and with small producers? Do you have any other recommendation? moreResolved Question: Plz Guide Me, Job at Rak Bank?

This proposed 'sugary beverage', ie Soda, tax is 2c per oz. (In Phila.,PA. and different rates in other states) Now I can go to the Supermarket and buy 4 12 packs (12 oz. cans) of Coke or Pepsi or various soda products for $10. 4 for $10. Now add 2c per oz.tax. 48 12 oz.cans @ .02 addl. sales tax per oz. = $11.52. Now that is in addition to the $10 bucks I am already paying! Now it costs $21 52! if this passes!!! I won't even start on cigarette tax, but sometimes the excise tax ALONE is more than the cost of the actual cost of the cigarettes themselves. This is the direction we are going if the government takes on the European form of National health care, which the left is ALL in favor of. And even if they don't go that far. it is still the direction we are going as the government takes on more of the costs of HC and has a more vested interest in HC in general. I see a plethora of new (and old) ideas like this one popping up left and right now. Saturated fat bans, attacks on fast food orgs, tax money for 'healthy eating awareness' type programs, cigarette taxes, etc. I believe these taxes on 'unhealthy products' (as decided by congress and special interest groups) in general will be popping up at MUCH higher rates now that the government has SUCH a vested interest in health care now. And I do not mean this new bill alone; we all know this bill only opened the door for further legislation for more nationalized health care. Now I do understand WHY congress would want healthy ppl. in America if they are footing so much of the medical bills through medicaid and other government assisted paying of medical bills, BUT, do we really want the government to decide how we should live and eat and tax me for my food and unhealthy living choices because THEY want a more European health care system? I don't want to go on and on listing taxes imposed on 'unhealthy products', as decided by congress and S.I. groups assisting them. I am just hoping ppl. will be honest with themselves and take their own assessment of various taxes. WHY do ppl. want the government SO involved in our lives?? WE, with the help of congress are chipping away at freedom as we know it. Or in some cases where things are not outright banned, we will be taxed EXTRA for the things we want by this new 'altruistic Government' at their discretion. Are they really trying to "help" us? At this rate America as we know it will be gone....and quicker than I will die unfortunately.@Scott- this is a fact. It is already happening in certain states and being proposed NOW in Philadelphia. Please, educate yourself.I find it interesting that so many don't make ANY connection between these taxes and government paying for the negative results of them via gov. assisted Healthcare. Do ppl. REALLY believe if the government had NO financial involvement in Healthcare, they could get away with passing these type taxes in a free country? Maybe it's just me?@Scott- What a surprise you don't allow emails. I would LOVE to debate you on this, although I realize it would be a very brief debate due to the fact I have actual evidence and you have ONLY hatred of Fox to back up your argument....which I rarely even watch. (FYI, evidence is what makes things provable, not Keith Olberman's pretentious rambling)@PATRIOT- I would really appreciate it if you quit posting as 'answers' your prewritten, cut and pasted remarks on my questions. I guess this one at least kinda' applies to some of my answerers, but usually it is just an emotional prewritten pedantic rant with ludicrously biased sources. I would not mind debating you on a particular issue, but am somewhat reluctant to do so because of other encounters with selfrighteous people who are incapable of conceding a point if it would save their life.. moreResolved Question: a few True or False and fill in the blank Economics questions. 10 points to best answer!?

Health insurance agents as many other sales type occupations, businesses are an obvious transformation of an effort to market a product to an income from sales (clients getting medical insurance plans). If you are experienced in either being an agent or being a marketing specialist what do you think are the most economically (ROI) and time (dollars invested per sales per week) efficient marketing methods? moreResolved Question: Under Australian NSW law is it a legal requirement for an employer to to give a pay rise by CPI each year?
I ask as I had a 6 month pay review and annual pay review due last year within the financial crisis so missed out on both as my company decided to freeze all salaries instead of firing anyone. Fair enough, but now I've just had this years pay review and have been told I won't be getting a pay rise (not even CPI) as my salary still falls within the recommended rate for my role (bottom end). By the next pay review next year that will be 2 1/2 years with no pay rise. I feel if I accept this, it is like I am agreeing with the company that I am not worth a pay rise. Additionally it is becoming increasingly difficult for me financially with the cost of living going up so much. Robert Watson, a top ingredient buyer for Kraft Foods, needed $20,000 to pay his taxes. So he called a broker for a California tomato processor that for years had been paying him bribes to get its products into Kraft’s plants. Days later, federal agents descended on Kraft’s offices near Chicago and confronted Mr. Watson. He admitted his role in a bribery scheme that has laid bare a startling vein of corruption in the food industry. Since the scheme also involved millions of pounds of tomato products with high levels of mold or other defects, the case has raised serious questions about how well food manufacturers safeguard the quality of their ingredients. Over the last 14 months, Mr. Watson and three other purchasing managers, at Frito-Lay, Safeway and B&G Foods, have pleaded guilty to taking bribes. Five people connected to one of the nation’s largest tomato processors, SK Foods, have also admitted taking part in the scheme. SK Foods shipped its customers millions of pounds of bulk tomato paste and puree that fell short of basic quality standards, with falsified documentation to mask the problems. Often that meant mold counts so high the sale should have been prohibited under federal law. Sources: New York Times February 24, 2010 Eat right, exercise and take good supplements. Big tobacco companies are, for the most part, located in Red leaning states. Though the American public has long been warned about the health traumas visited upon those who use tobacco--there has never been much of a push to outlaw the production of tobacco products. even though it is USUALLY the American tax payers who end up footing the bills for those denied coverage because they smoke or have had cancer. Why do lawmakers stand around waving flags, making speeches about the danger of us being attacked by foreign terrorists--when it is clear that MANY MORE (by a factor of a few hundred times as many) Americans die each year because no one has the backbone to stand up to Big Tobacco. Should the lawmakers/politicians start working for us instead of big tobacco corporations, and demand that they foot the medical bills for those affected by their sales of dangerous products, since it them and their stock holders who are the ones benefiting? Or are they too afraid that it will cost them votes in those red states, and they'll be out of office sooner rather than later?O'Ryan: What the heck do you mean by "You people."? Sir, I am a proud American, a proud democrat, and many just like me have fought and died for this country--so sir, you owe them an apology. moreResolved Question: Why do you think pot dealers and growers don’t want their product legalized?
Could it be because the sales tax on it could help fend off our national debit? Could it be because they like being put in jail for producing / distributing their product? Why is it there are so many “lobbyists” in Washington making sure any legislation on legalization of cannabis products never reach “public opinion”? When put to a public referendum, most states have passed the use of “Medical Marijuana” overwhelmingly. Childhood temper tantrums, teenage irritability and binge eating may soon rate as psychiatric disorders in the US, according to proposed changes to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual, the bible of the psychiatric profession. After 5 mins, Miss Choi felt her face burnt and the face being sensitive. Immediate Action: Miss Choi immediate clearing her face and had gone to hospital. After my check up. I had given medicine for her face sensitive and had asked her didn’t make up and use skin-care products at least 3 weeks. Recommendation: Don’t only listen to the sales people, find more comments from the friends or newspaper. The government should make the law to control the mercury in the skin-care product. moreResolved Question: How can you trust a government run as a capitalist oligarchy?
CAPITALIST (pertaining to a system for generating profit through privately owned corporations controlled by individuals' investments and vested interests as opposed to a system controlled and owned collectively by the state and its people) OLIGARCHY (rule by a select group of people, often the most wealthy) The people running the government include many business people whose interests are similar to running a business in which rule number one is always maximize profit. For a small example: "...it is true Donald Rumsfeld does indeed have stock holdings in Gilead Sciences, Inc., the California biotech company that developed Tamiflu (a product now manufactured and sold by the pharmaceutical giant Roche), and so he benefits financially from increases in that company's stock price. (Gilead receives a royalty from Roche equal to about 10% of sales.) Rumsfeld was a member of Gilead's board of directors between 1988 and 2001, and he was its chairman from 1997 until he joined President George W. Bush's cabinet as Secretary of Defense in 2001. According to federal financial disclosures filed by Rumsfeld, he has Gilead stock holdings valued at between $5 million and $25 million. The Secretary of Defense is not the only politically-connected person to have ties to Gilead. Former Secretary of State George Shultz, who is on Gilead's board, has sold more than $7 million worth of Gilead stock since the beginning of 2005. Another Gilead board member is the wife of former California governor Pete Wilson." (source: http://www.snopes.com/politics/medical/tamiflu.asp ) Pharmaceuticals are currently a multi-billion dollar industry because of a form of government that allows officials to have conflicts of interest. Someone this morning told me even Ann Schuchat, head of the CDC, has investments in Tamiflu (though I'm still waiting for a source of info on this). You see news articles that keep promoting flu vaccines in which Ann Schuchat sounds like she's doing an advertsement. Doctors are prescribing Tamiflu like it's aspirin. The same people supporting their pharmaceutical investments are the people responsible for what eventually becomes public policy. They agreed in New Jersey (arguably Big Pharma's biggest brewing pot of manufacturing sites) to force flu vaccines this year on kids 6 months to 5 years old who want to attend day care or preschool. Who knows what they'll do next year given the CDC gave Novartis (one flu vaccine manufacturer) millions to build a new facility? How can you possibly trust a government that is being run as a capitalist oligarchy? moreResolved Question: Medical Professionals Please Answer this?

David Solórzano Ceramic Engineering Field Report Ceramic Engineering is the technology of making and using of ceramic materials. Many engineering applications benefit from ceramic materials. Ceramic materials have gained attention from engineers around the world, including: Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and many others. Ceramics are resistant to heat, and can be used for many tasks that other materials like metal and polymers can't. Ceramic materials may have a crystalline or partly crystalline structure, with long-range order on a molecular scale. Glass ceramics may have an amorphous or glassy structure, with limited or short-range molecular order. They are either formed from a molten mass that solidifies on cooling, formed and matured by the action of heat, or chemically synthesized at low temperatures using the solution/precipitation technique known commonly as Sol-gel. The special character of ceramic materials gives rise to many engineering applications and ceramics have attracted the attention of engineers in electrical engineering, materials engineering, chemical engineering and mechanical engineering. As ceramics are heat resistant, they can be used for many tasks that materials like metal and polymers are unsuitable for. Ceramic materials are used in a wide range of industries, including mining, aerospace, medicine, refinery, the food industry, the chemical industry, packaging science, electronics, industrial and transmission electricity, and guided light wave transmission. Introduction Ceramic Engineering is the technology of manufacturing and usage of ceramic materials. Many engineering applications benefit from ceramics characteristics as a material. The characteristics of ceramics have garnered attention from engineers across the world, including those in the fields: Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and many others. Highly regarded for being resistant to heat, ceramics can be used for many demanding tasks that other materials like Metal and Polymers can't. Ceramics, in addition to being a fine art, also requires a thorough working knowledge of certain materials. Whether we need to design a new office building, or a vase for our bedroom, we need a ceramic engineer. Someone has to figure out our creative designs into a reality and here walks in the engineer. A ceramicist joins ceramics and engineering and helps us to create new and more interesting works with new materials, which we can’t, even dream of. The multibillion-dollar ceramic industry converts processed materials and raw materials taken directly from the earth (clay, sand, etc.) into such useful products as spark plugs, glass, electronic components, nuclear materials, abrasives, rocket components, and even tableware. High-temperature processing is the key to ceramic engineering, and the products are always inorganic, nonmetallic solids. Job Prospects Ceramic Engineers experienced in both scientific and production aspects of the profession may also work as administrators, project supervisors, sales engineers or technical consultants to firms using ceramic materials. Many Ceramic Engineers work in the nuclear field, as ceramic fuel materials make nuclear power generation possible. The electronics industry is a growth area for this technology, as ceramics are used as insulators for transistors and integrated circuits. Refractory ceramics are required in the refining of iron and aluminum, and this industry is especially in need of this type of worker. The exciting new field of fiber optics has had a dramatic effect on today's telecommunication and medical industries, and since ceramic components are used, Ceramic Engineers are playing a vital role in this new science. Ceramic Engineers experienced in both scientific and production aspects of the profession may also work as administrators, project supervisors, sales engineers or technical consultants to firms using ceramic materials. Nature of Work CERAMIC ENGINEERS help to develop varied products as protective tiles for space shuttles, ceramic fillings for teeth, Unbreakable dinner plates, and sophisticated telescope lenses. Ceramics have applications in virtually any industry, which demands the use of heat-resistant materials. Ceramic Engineers are specialists in the study of these materials, their behavior, application, and use. They develop methods for processing nonmetallic inorganic materials into many ceramic products ranging from glassware, fiber optics products, cement, and bricks, to coatings for space vehicles, materials for microelectronics, components of nuclear fuel, and pollution control devices. Recent advances in physics and chemistry have expanded the applications of ceramic engineering. The major functions of Ceramic Engineers are Research, product development, and production engineering. I have seen Oceans of poppy fields in Madhya Pradesh. This is far in excess of Medical needs. So, we must program the poppy grower to limit growth to exactly the needs of the medical hospitals. On the part of hospital administration, we do not allow sale of medical opium products at pharmacies, but delivery is directly to unit of utilization with no intermediary body. We do not need Oceans of Poppy at all in Madhya Pradesh. We want our present PM Manmohan Singh to make poppy growth in India transparent to Indians, Russians, and the world, simply because there is a war going on because of this excess. If the PM can prove that it is as hospitals planned it, then India is safe, or else the Russians must look into it.Having the same name as Josef Stalin of Russia, I know his technique would be to put a few guided missiles into the yellow fields of Madhya Pradesh during flowering season and destroy all Poppy fields in India, as DISCIPLINE versus REGRET SUGGESTS. But, to avoid regret, we must transfer authority to grow Poppy to American Giants like Herbal Life, who have given India permission to grow herbs with government monitoring. A government health insurance plan sounds nice and pretty, but when you consider a little bit of history concerning the government and its regulation of the private insurance market and consider basic economics it's pretty darn clear that as time goes on more and more people will be forced into government run plans. First, the lie that the government wishes to just "compete" with private insurers is complete BOGUS. The federal (and state governments) already heavily regulate the private insurance market. Over the years governments (both state and federal) have required insurers to cover more and more procedures, many which have nothing to do with health thereby forcing customers to shell out more money instead of just simply allowing consumers to customize their plan....you know kinda like how you do with other insurance. Also doctors spend around 30 billion per year (according to CNN) on malpractice insurance. So if we could have some tort reform of some sort to reduce law suit abuse. But the point I REALLY try to make to people is this....Private insurance companies need to at least break even to keep themselves in business. Government does not. Government can afford to operate at a loss because it has an endless supply of tax revenue and the ability to borrow money from sales of bonds or by monetizing the debt with the Federal Reserve. Now ask yourself this....if you were a business of some sort, and you were competing against someone who could afford to operate at a loss indefinitely don't you think you would have a hard time competing against them? They could afford to continually undercut you (at their loss) and eventually put you out of business. So as you can see the government is NOT competing against private insurers in a FREE market because 1) they regulate their competitors already and 2) they can afford to lose as much money as they want since they do not need to make a profit or even break even to stay in business. Now some people would say that as long as they can afford to give people cheap medical care then it shouldn't really matter if they operate at a loss....Well ok, but there is one problem with that and that is supply If the government sets prices artificially low then their will be an increase in demand for those services. The system will not be able to handle everybody in a timely manner which will lead to long waits and rationing. Now to be clear there already is rationing today just as their is rationing of every product and service we buy....the rationing factor is the price. There are ways to lower the price using Free market solutions instead of the heavy coercive hand of government such as: Tax deductions for health savings accounts that can be used towards deductibles or insurance premiums, tort reform, allowing private insurance to compete in a free market unlike what it has endured over the years as increased government regulation has increased the price. I'm starting to ramble, but the main point I wanted to put out for debate is that government is NOT competing against private insurers because it is government that is setting the terms of competition and not the market and also the government can afford to operate at a loss while private insurers can't. Talk about a monopoly! Please if all you can say is a bunch of rude or ignorant things then please don't comment. moreResolved Question: Have you ever heard......of.......?
Swedish Snus ..........if you are a smoker.......maybe you should look it up,its a less harmful alternative to smoking.......and it gives you the freedom to get your nicotine fix....where ever you like(there is no smoking ban on this)...And as quoted in the medical journals....is 100-1000% less harmful infact there is health gains to made for a smoker to switch to using this!!!!!....and before you say to yourself....oh dear oral cancer....there is reports that even this is less than smoking....as for pancreatic cancer....its the same as a smoker or even less...depends on which reports you follow. Ok then .....its banned for sale in the European Union(except in Sweden....that's ok you can buy off line until they lift the ban ).....the only people who seem opposed to lifting the ban .....are the company's who make and sell nicotine replacement products(e.g gums and patches)....as they would lose profits.....if this alternative to smoking was locally available. Even the anti smoking lobby....have said its prefer ed...alternative to smoking as it doesn`t affect anyone else around hence the fact you can beat their public smoking ban(not mine as it....takes away freedom of choice...but hey) So before i finish i`ll go futher....i like to dispel comments from the less Intelligent people on here leaving their embarrassing misinformed comments.....It not Chewing tobacco.....so is Less Harmful than smoking.....it doesn`t stink unless you already have bad Breathe....you don`t spit as with Swedish Snus there no colllection of Spit(as with Chewing Tobacco). And before you say anything i can assure you i`m not salesman.....only a person .....feels that people should be informed of this stuff as it could save lifes...and return some kind of mature choice...which the smoking bans have taken away...by the way they have been implemented(e.g giving the people the right to vote over it!!!!! not doing it by the door as its been done)Sorry bluebell have to disagree with you .....i think you may find it`ll save lifes....and ok lessen the profits of the drug companysOh dear....Happy Murcia and star...remember what i said about embarressing comments Maybe you should really have knowledge of something before passing comment Its been fully tested......for about 200years....and now by the medical proffession....2tall look it up its not chewing tobacco.....so you haven`t tryed it lol moreResolved Question: Garyg7.......................................?

I manage a small product design consultancy in West London and I’d like to expand our operations. I'd like to know if there is anywhere I could go to find people that may be able to help. Are there particular sales people who can bring in new business to the company and who are paid on a project value basis? I'd need someone/people with product design consultancy experience in medical, industrial and consumer sectors. If anyone could help, that'd be great. As the moment, all our business is through word of mouth, but the workload is slowly easing and I'd like to be able to drum up some new clients. We don't advertise much at the moment as I think for this type of business, it's very difficult for advertising to be effective in any way. moreResolved Question: I need a job and with the way the economy is i can't get one maybe it's my resume, you tell me what's wrong?

Hi all, I received the following forward email from friends and I really wish to know whether the facts stated are true. It's bit long but I will try to get rid of things which are unnecessary: "Margarine was originally manufactured to fatten turkeys. When it killed the turkeys, the people who had put all the money into the research wanted a payback so they put their heads together to figure out what to do with this product to get their money back.. It was a white substance with no food appeal, so they added the yellow coloring and sold it to people to use in place of butter. How do you like it? They have come out with some clever new flavorings. Butter and margarine have the same amount of calories. Butter is slightly higher in saturated fats at 8 grams compared to 5 grams. Eating margarine can increase heart disease in women by 53% over eating the same amount of butter, according to a recent Harvard Medical Study. Eating butter increases the absorption of many other nutrients in other foods. Butter has many nutritional benefits where margarine has a few only because they are added! Butter tastes much better than margarine and it can enhance the flavors of other foods. Butter has been around for centuries where margarine has been around for less than 100 years. And now, for Margarine.... . Very high in trans-fatty acids. Triple risk of coronary heart disease. Increases total cholesterol and LDL (this is the bad cholesterol) and lowers HDL cholesterol, (the good cholesterol) Increases the risk of cancers up to five fold. Lowers quality of breast milk. Decreases immune response. Decreases insulin response. Margarine is but ONE MOLECULE away from being PLASTIC.. This fact alone was enough to suggest one to avoiding margarine for life and anything else that is hydrogenated (this means hydrogen is added, changing the molecular structure of the substance). To try this yourself: Purchase a tub of margarine and leave it in your garage or shaded area. Within a couple of days you will note a couple of things: * No flies, not even those pesky fruit flies will go near it (that should tell you something) * it does not rot or smell differently because it has no nutritional value ; nothing will grow on it. Even those teeny weeny micro organisms will not find a home to grow. Why? Because it is nearly plastic! Would you melt your Tupperware and spread that on your toast?" Please answer based not on own perspectives but with science knowledge (kinda) cause it sounds weird for me too, but without science prove, I can't conclude it as fake or true. Hope someone can help to clarify it if it's telling the true or someone started just to take down margarine sales (reason unknown).Tq all for your contribution, and i've conduct some research by myself for some specific terms that I don't understand and what I'm confuse now is that: 1) Is Margarine CONFIRMED to have trans fat in it? Since trans fat is vegetable oil that has been treated with hydrogen in order to make it more solid and give it a longer shelf life, it sounds unhealthy. 2) However, it (margarine) contained unsaturated fat, which not only raises HDL (high density lipoprotein) levels, good one, but also lowers LDL (low density lipoprotein) levels, bad one. So which one is better? Butter or Margarine? Given that butter although doesn't have trans fat but it contained saturated fat, where a diet high in saturated fats can lead to high cholesterol, atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease, and stroke since it raises one's LDL levels. (Now I know this part is contradict with what written in the email) I hope there is a choice in between this two since i like to put them on bread all the time >.< thanks moreResolved Question: Is it legal to withhold my pay?

I've had a business for 4 years selling self defense products. I quit this business because I didn't know how to keep records or anything. I just took orders and paid my supplier (drop shipper) by credit cards, personal and business credit cards... Well since May of 2004 I've been conducting business and I thought my supplier was 10-99 my income and I never knew I was suppost to file taxes because I'm not knowledgable on businesses or how to handle them... Well I've racked up nearly $100k in credit card debt. $30,000 of it business credit cards.. They are threatening litigation against me. I never made more than $2000 in a year despite my sales volume was $15000 according to my supplier. I've been carried on my parents income taxes as a dependent and I heard that is against the law since they knew I was making money. Now I am trying to file chapter 7 bankruptcy and I cannot put the business cards in or recently opened accounts in... My bipolar caused my misuse of cards since I opened my first of one of those capitalone cards for underage kids which my mom opened in my name and co-signed it and it led into this mess. I've already went in for a free consultation with a bankruptcy lawyer and he said my situtation is very complex because of the business cards and never filed income taxes.. I made no more than $10-12k in profits at most since 2004 -2009 in Jan when business closed which was just a website. No assets, no inventory. I just sold products for a drop ship company from NC called Tbotech. I am at a loss. The bankruptcy lawyer said he would get back in touch with me in 2 weeks. Now its been a month. So I guess that means I cannot file bankruptcy on all the debt because the business cards because of the income tax reasons... But I was carried on my parents income taxes and bipolarism is the cause of mishandling credit cards. What will come of this mess? I am so absent minded I couldn't handle tthe business or maintain the website because my bipolar got the worst it ever got in 2008-2009. I don't know how much more stress I can take because of my whole life and all the daily stress and paranoia I go through. Do you think there is a way I can get out of this mess? I am trying to use my mental problems here as justification to run up credit cards because I really didn't know the consequences before it was too late.. I have poor judgement and act on impulse. I never knew I was bipolar till Jan of 2009 after a legal matter but thats a completely different story which I asked a question on here about. All my credit cards were run up since age 17 but 2008 was the year that they all got ran up when my bipolar kicked in and depression. My dad thinks my "condition" will get me out of this mess. I don't think so. I have no idea what will happen. I own nothing but half of a car that me and my girl friend own and my clothes.. I basically used one credit card to pay the other till they ran out and I sold everything I bought to make the payments already... What will come of this mess?i mistyped, i meant i am not using my mental problems. moreMedical Products Sales Links
