Diet Cure Questions and Answers

Open Question: Did Steve Jobs buy his cure for the nearly always fatal pancreatic cancer he suffered from?

The prognosis for pancreatic cancer is usually extremely grim - Jobs, however, stated that he had a rare, far less aggressive type known as 'islet cell neuroendocrine tumor' - (Yeah right Steve, I believe you, millions wouldn't) After initially resisting the idea of conventional medical intervention and embarking on a special diet to thwart the disease, Jobs underwent a pancreaticoduodenectomy (or "Whipple procedure") in July 2004 that appeared to successfully remove the tumor. Jobs apparently did not require nor receive chemotherapy or radiation therapy. Many people believe that cancer is a hugely profitable (but dying;) business worth hundreds of billions of whatever currency you care to mention, and for this reason the cures are being denied to the public - unless of course you have billions in the bank to throw at them, like Jobs has. What say you?@Denisedd... Why should we?@sunflower... Well Swayze and Landon weren't billionaires, and could be viewed as good advertisements for the deathly nature of cancer.@sunflower... Well Swayze and Landon weren't highly influential billionaires like Jobs, as mere disposable actors they would be viewed as good advertisements for the deathly nature of cancer and why you should spend all the money you have to treat it.@Denisedd - would I be correct in my assumption that as a cancer registar you make a living from all things cancer related Denise?@Denisedd - ...and it's everyone's business if he's lying. more

Open Question: Natural back acne cure?

I have tried everything except medication. I have put Calamine lotion all over my back, I have tried tanning to dry it out, everything. I have spent way too much money on products, and I exercise and have a steady diet. Any suggestions? more

Open Question: A little help please?

Now, I just want to start off by saying that I have never really posted a question on here in reference to my health and body image. Usually, I ask questions about my cats. This is new to me, since this means a lot to me. Here is the story, before I got pregnant, over three years ago I weighed a little less than 115lbs. I gained over 110lbs with my son, it is embarrassing to type as it is to the responses I may get. I got terribly ill the last few months of my third trimester and ended up having to be induced for medical issues. Now, after he was born I lost absolutely no weight, none what so ever, and my son was a good healthy weight of 10lbs! After he was born, I began to get ill periodically as the months past, and I developed arthritis and doctors eventually diagnosed me with Lupus. Again, very little weight disappeared. I was told not to do any athletic activities, but I told myself to lose the weight, and I was able to lose 20lbs. This was 2 1/2 years ago. A few doctors told me that the only way I could cure my chronic pain was to lose weight. I couldn't exercises, it was getting me no where. I went to a weight loss clinic and was given phentermine. I was able to get down to 140lbs, but eventually noticing the damage it had caused to my kidneys landed me back at a doctor and I was put on steroids for pain and gained the weight back. I have been exercising and dieting for the past year now, I run daily and eat very healthy, I do p90x and insanity, it was my last resort. Sad to say, but I have lost absolutely no weight. I have asked doctors why, and they keep giving me the same answer- you will in time. I have been tested numerous times for a reason for the "no weight loss", and nothing ever comes up. I have to stay pretty active since I work with prisoners. However, this is getting a bit too much for me. My husband tries to reassure me by saying it is just skin, but it's just frustrating. You know how when everyone sees you for the first time since high school and they comment on how big you have gotten, yeah, that's the feeling. My question is, is there any program I can try that is good for this sort of problem, or any medication I can take. I am up for anything, I just want my healthy body back! more

Resolved Question: I've had diarrhea for more than a month?

I have been having diarrhea for more than a month. My diet hasn't changed much. I've been drinking a tiny bit more (3-4 drinks once or twice a week), but it doesn't seem that that could be the problem. I have been drinking plenty of water and eating regularly. I have city water and no one else is experiencing this problem in my home. We all eat and drink the same things. I know I should see a doctor, but I'm hoping some home remedies could cure me up without spending the big bucks. Anyone have any suggestions as to what could be wrong with me or any home remedies to get rid of it. more

Open Question: Is there any cure to anxiety and nerves?

I have a healthy diet, sleep and lifestyle more

Open Question: What could be causing me to feel "on edge" at random times? Blood sugar, anxiety?

I have never been known to have anxiety. Over the last week I have felt "off" physically. It is almost like a switch was flipped one day. At random times I feel like my limbs are heavy and my heart feels like it's out of control. I feel lightheaded and on edge. It's almost a feeling of something is wrong with my blood sugar but eating doesn't cure it. I have always been short of breath with the least little exertion but because I am young doctors don't take it serious. I also feel really nauseous with some of these episodes. My diet hasn't changed so what has? I am a 30 year old female with three children! And no, I don't think pregnancy because I had a tubal performed. more

Voting Question: May have a problem with my thyroid. Low body temp, weight gain, hair loss...help?

First of all, I would appreciate only someone with medical training or previous experience with this to answer. Here it is: I am always tired, and I'm slightly overweight (okay maybe more than slightly...its like 20 or 30 pounds). I try to eat healthy, and while I was in college this past year I worked out every day for at least two months. However, over the course of that two months, I actually GAINED weight. I also gained inches around my waist, my thighs, my face is thicker...I gained about ten pounds and although I know maybe some of that is muscle from weight lifting, the cardio seemed to do nothing and I am actually fatter. Fabulous. In January of 2009, I went to school in Argentina and played soccer for 6 months. I lost weight then, but I had a really poor diet and about half of my hair fell out. As soon as I started eating a somewhat normal diet again though, all of my weight plus some came back! I was also on WebMD and it said that a sign of thyroid problems was low body temperature...my normal temp is around 96 or 97. I've heard about thyroid problems before, although I don't want to pass off the fact that I'm overweight on something like that. If it can be cured by a pill or different diet or something, that would be great but I want to take responsibility for my health if it is my fault that I am this way. SO...has anyone else had this problem? I should probably just go to a doctor and get a blood test but I'd really appreciate it if you guys had some input for me. Thanks! more

Voting Question: How can I perform the NLP Allergy Cure process on myself?

I'm relatively newto NLP, so I would prefer an oversimplified answer with examples. I'm allergic to dairy products. I have food related, exercise induced anaphylaxis. So, when I eat/drink dairy, I'm fine. But if I exercise immediately following eating/drinking i.e. The next twenty four hours, I go into anaphylactic shock. My throat closes. I'd LOVE toget rid of this, as I am a extremely active runner. It's hindering both my diet and my running. Thanks! more

Resolved Question: I've Just been diagnosed with Type II diabetes. Can it be cured/reversed?

I am only 33 years old and have just been diagnosed with Type II (March '10). I am SO angry! I've lost over 20 lbs since the diagnosis with diet and exercise and I'm know at the right weight for my height. However, I've stopped working out 4 weeks ago but I've still kept my calorie intake within 1200 to 1500. I am now having symptoms again, but I am NOT over weight! What's going on here? I'm going to get back in the gym today, meanwhile I am SO tired and sleepy after a meal that I swear the food was drugged. I'm tired of this disease ALREADY!!! I want it cured. Have you, or anyone you know, ever had this disease so under control that it didn't show up on a blood test anymore? If so, HOW?I am not on medication. more

Voting Question: Can autism be cured by fixing the diet?

I saw this video of this guy who says that bout 70% of autistic kids have altered immune function and nearly 95% have problems with their gut... He said he cut out foods that inflame the gut (gluten and dairy) or something which in turn inflame the brain which leads to autism. I just think it's interesting that many kids with autism have problems with their gut. I don't think it's a coincidence. Oh here's the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0CpHwZR6k20 more

Voting Question: Is there a cure for recurring yeast infections?

I've been getting a yeast infection every month for the last 9 months(I've been with my boyfriend for 9 months). I notice that I don't get it when I don't have intercourse with my boyfriend, like when I am on my period or when we don't because of an infection. I know that its not an std because I've checked before and after him. I also know it isn't diabetes because I've tested negative for that as well. I've stopped wearing tight underwear (and honestly it almost seems like granny panties now, no offense to anyone), I've stopped wearing panty liners, stopped using tight clothing, I've cut out soda from my diet, I've cut down on my sugar intake, I shower after sex, and I have no idea why it keeps coming back. I'm on Implanon, which my doctor says this type of birth control has nothing to do with yeast. I've read that it could be because my first one I passed to him, and since then he's given it back. I just got my Diflucan pill, I actually have two. Should I have my boyfriend take the other one in case he has it too? I've also read that sex can cause the infection as well, is this true? He is a bit wider than any other person I've been with, so most of the time, I do get a little cut at the entrance of my vagina. He is also a fan of receiving oral then penetrating me, could this be a problem as well? I don't know what to do anymore, it ruins our sex lives and I'm starting to feel like I'm gonna have it for my entire life. I know about the yogurt, but it's hard to do that when every one in your house loves yogurt too. So I plan on being more strict on my diet and buying some Acidophilus pills. I don't want to insert any yogurt or any other substance into my vagina, is there any other remedies out there? I really hate the itch and discharge and the discomfort. Someone please help! The doctors all tell me it all comes down to my diet, what else can I do??? more

Voting Question: Why do I get diarrhea at night only?

I am 14 years old, and for the past week and a half, I have had diarrhea from 11pm - 5am each night and have lost countless hours of sleep because of it. Resolved Question: Can someone help me out with my Type 1 diabetes questions?

Hi. My 13 year old brother recently found out that he has Type 1 diabetes and his life has changed a lot so far. He has to prick his finger multiple times a day, he's waking up at 8 every morning to take insulin, he has to fit in six meals a day, and he's been very limited in what he can eat. I know he has to count his carbs from now on and his life will never be fully back to normal, seeing as how there is no cure, but will it get easier from here? Will he ever be able to sleep in again, or gradually add a little bit more to his diet? Any information is helpful. Thank you! more

I want to tone my body, but first and mostly loose some of my lovehandles and my mini stomach pudge/pouch ish. Basically, i know there is no over night weight loss cure lol, but I am hoping to gain some good tips and even exsercises to follow. I have been eatting much better, recording everything i eat on CalorieCount.com so I know what I eat. I have been doing cardio alot as well (varying it from riding bike in gym and running or running and elliptical) I don't over do it, I usually do both for 15/20 min each depedning on how I am feeling that day along with crunches and some little floor exercises. I would love if someone knew a website for a diet plan, I love following a written diet/food list, because it helps me decide what to eat. I am so bad at making decisions lols. basically I just need help with some things to do. I know to eat well and exersise and sleep well... but I am still stuck and would love to trim down even before my vacation in August, which I have been working on for the past 2 1/2 months but there are no results.. well I lost 3 lbs. more

Resolved Question: Do I really have to go vegan to reverse diabetes?

I am newly pre-diabetic (or diabetic, still waiting for A1C). Certainly showing elevated blood glucose levels and have a family history and other risk factors. Reading and reading on the topic, I keep reading that you must become vegan to cure diabetes or avoid complications. The proponents of a vegan diet for a diabetes cure seem to suggest that any other approach is not as effective. Is it really necessary to become vegan to treat/cure one's diabetes? more

Voting Question: With my changed diet, how long will it take to heal my acne?

Ok, so I'm a 16 year old guy. I have acne, and its pretty bad. I have seen a dermatologist, and he was going to put me on this thing called Accutane/Roaccuatane to cure it, but I will not be taking it because of the many side effects and potential dangers that the drug can do to your body. Therefore instead, I have just recently changed my diet a whole lot. I don't eat chocolate or ice-cream or chips, fried foods or anything else considered junk anymore. I have gone pretty much, completely healthy with most things. I have started drinking Apple Cider Vinegar (known as a very effective natural method of cleansing the entire body), orange juice, pineapple juice, apple juice, lots of water and eating lots of pasta, healthy soups, lots of vegetables (heaps of carrots, potato etc), fish, salads, heaps of fruit (strawberry, banana, rock-mellon etc) and things like those. My main question is, if I keep this up how long do you think it will be until my acne starts to heal? I have also started using Proactiv again, and although it didn't work last time I am giving it another shot since I am eating healthier. I am very determined to get rid of my acne now, because I want to have nice, clear skin like I used to have just over a year ago. I am tired of having low self esteem, and lacking confidence around others because of my acne. No more, so that is why I want to know how long it will be for something to work. Also, final question. If you are a good looking guy, but have acne, is that still a massive turn off for girls? Thanks everyone. more

Resolved Question: OCD is ruining my life?

I'm isolating and hurting everyone I care about. Just today I spoke to my Grandma horribly when she came over with food during my lunch (I'm afraid of food I don't eat due to a PCOS acne food allergy) I wont let my mum eat with me and she has to have her meals when I'm out of the kitchen. I lost weight and acne in the process of developing this disorder but I'm scared that if I lose it I'll also loose the massive amount of progress Ive done that has taken me almost 10 years to achieve. (Always overweight since primary school, acne became cystic and severe around year 10 up until a a year and a bit ago when I began restricting my diet). Finally I'm where I want to be physically and academically but I'm just a hermit. I feel like no matter what I choose to do I lose. Has anyone else suffered with OCD or severe acne? I just feel so deflated, like there's just no cure at all, no happy option. more

Resolved Question: How to cure thinning hair?

I am 24 and kinda stressed from school. For the last year or so my mom and other family members have said my hair looks thinner than usual. I noticed it myself but dismissed it as just dried out hair and bad shampoo. I use garnier fructis for dry and damaged hair. I shampoo everyday when I shower so I think that is drying my hair out a lot. I never lose much of any hair in the shower at all, actually I can't even remember the last time I noticed a single hair in my hands. Anyway the thinning is mostly from my bangs, down on up the middle of my scalp to the back of my hair, ending at the typical location, the horse shoe pattern as they say. I am nowhere near balding but I sure don't want to be. Some things that have changed in the past year are the following. I have lost some 30 lbs, simply from being more active and eating a little less due to university life. I am a bit stressed out and my nutrition might be a little off key. Any suggestions would help, shampoo recommendations or diet changes.I will try nioxin, I was on it before and remember that it did give me good results but it is so expensive. Also, what particular vitamins or things can I add to my diet to strengthen my hair, if any? more

Resolved Question: Do you think mental illness real or?

I keep reading that food allergies are the cause of being adhd and being schizophrenic is caused by food intolerance. DO you think that it is real or an intolerance issue or do you think that these disease are just made up, part of the big greedy pill companies, or people are just looking to control the undesriable traits they have in everyday life? I find that most can be cured with diet, but I do wonder if some people are often just misdiagonsed.I think that america is being overmedicated. A lot of it can be fixed by diet. I have been diagonsed as adhd and bipolar since the age of three. I cut out sugar and wheat. Guess what?!?!? I am not bipolar, I am just adhd. Yes I still have to take pills but not as much mg as before. I have also witnessed growing up that foster care just wants to control kids. They don't give a shit about anybody. So I find truth in some of everything. But don't sit there and and compare a broken arm to mental illness. more

Voting Question: Has a high fiber diet actually made you sick? PLEASE tell your story.?

Experimentation with a high fiber/whole grain diet for 8 months made me surprisingly extremely, severely ill. I was completely cured as soon as I resumed my original diet. All I can find is data praising high fiber diets. Is there any information that suggests that these diets can be harmful? Has this happened to anyone else? more

Resolved Question: Whats good exercise and diet for hearth palpitation?

I am afraid my condition will worsen when I continue my body building workout. I am allergic to alcohol, seafood, vitamins/drugs. I sweat a lot and don't take supplement due to my allergy when doing workout. I am confused and thinking one of these is the root cause: fatigue- lack of sleep, hormone/electrolyte imbalance, exercise-induced allergy ( I have rashes but not always), anxiety. Doctors told me they could not find the real cause but they can cure the symptoms. I am normal in hearth 2D echo, stress test, blood chem, etc.One logical reason I think the is adrenaline that causing my hearth to be stressed, thus, taking Beta blocker is effective to me. I also experienced these at different instances: black out/eyes blurred, weakness, neuropatic pain, short breath, hearth arrhythmia( not detected during clinical test but I can feel it at some other times). I am perfectly normal when not doing exercise and not taking alcohol, smoke, coffee. multivit. Also felt abnormal hearthbeat after ejaculation and just before waking up in the morning. I suspect when I have REM before waking up, my hearth pumps faster. Standing will cause the palpitation to reduce. Please help to describe my condition in details. I am frustrated and my condition keeps me grounded for several days of rest at home. How threatening is my condition? Should I continue my medication while performing weight exercise? more

Resolved Question: Have any large-scale studies investigated the personality types likely to follow "conspiracy theory" fads ....?

....related to diet and health (e.g. deploring "artificial chemicals" vs. "natural" cures, favoring "colon cleansing" and "raw foods" versus "evil agribusiness", etc.) I'm not interested in reading emotional rants rehashings of the classic debates surrounding these topics. (Those are easy to find through any search engine or by visiting quackery websites.) I'm asking about published psychological studies appearing in peer-reviewed journals attempting to profile the types of people likely to be drawn to various health fads despite the scientific evidence weighing against their efficacy and safety. Resolved Question: how to cure a pimple in one day besides using toothpaste?

Hi, yesterday i put on toothpaste and a dab of menthol after taking off the toothpaste with water throughout the day and when i woke up this morning the pimple in my forehead was huge and red and tomorrow (July 10th, 2010) I will be going to another country and i really want to look good when i arrive at the airport and my family in my hometown sees me with clear skin. Please help me with any working and experienced yourself home remedies that will help me cure this pimple (remember its only this one) or just reduce redness and size in this day the 9th. I will really appreciate it if your advice will work. Please do not write any acne products to buy, remember i only have one day to be in new york and have at least a less visibly seen pimple! P.S. I happen to have mild acne. I just wanted to say for people who think i have severe acne and im skinny too and for 8 days i was on a pimple diet (diet includes, taking out junk orother greasy foods to eat) and improvements did show, until now that a pimple popped up out of nowhere. I tried the following to reduce the size today: More toothpaste - Just caused more redness and size of pimple got bigger Avon Mostuirizer - Didnt work just stopped dryness A lot of water on face Palmolive dish soap Thanks for your help =)P.S. The pimple was so big that when i ate breakfast on 4.p.m. (part of my pimple diet, eating late). i decided to buy a donut from dunkin donuts and the cashier said whats that on your face? i felt like smacking her on the face but just left in a mean look.Today when i woke up the pimple was finally reduced sized but the redness got bigger and i think an irritation, burn or scar is slowly forming. please help me!! to remove redness today. more

Resolved Question: How best to cure 'ranch dressing addiction'?

I know someone who's trying to 'go healthy' and has begun to eat salad. Now, naturally, this would be fine, but 'salad' often turns out to be 'soup', containing more ranch dressing than anything else. In large amounts, ranch is obviously not good for someone on a healthier diet. I can't stand ranch, either. This person is my room mate, and I want to encourage the healthy diet, but at the same time, have no knowledge of salad and salad dressing at all. This room mate also dislikes Thousand Island, Blue Cheese, and Oil & Vinegar Dressings, making looking for a substitute all the harder. I know nothing about dressings, so please enlighten me. So please, assist me. What's a good, low-fat low-cal substitute for a ranch-addict? If it's not expensive, then all the better. more

Resolved Question: A friend of mine was sent this "scientific explanation" for "colon cleansing." Is she being pranked?

The author of the email told her that (1) her bad breath was caused by her having accumulated many pounds of "rotting meat and other undigested food" which "is bound to stink at both ends of the tube that goes through our bodies", and (2) "Johnny Cash's autopsy revealed that he had over 40 pounds of such material clogging his colon from years of neglected colon cleansing, and that (3) the "scientific explanation" of salt water colon cleansing is as follows: "Since the salt water has the same specific gravity as the blood, the kidneys can't pick up the water and the blood cannot pick up the salt, so it goes directly to your digestive tract and washes you out." So, IS SOMEONE PLAYING A JOKE ON MY FRIEND (who has a self-admitted reputation for being gullible at times)? **************************************… OPTIONAL RELATED QUESTIONS: Obviously, it doesn't take much more than a high school biology class (or some analytical chemistry background) to see through the nonsense of #3 but #1 and #2 sound like somebody is trying to play "gotcha" with a gullible victim. Is this email part of some sort of spamming campaign to see if there is no limit to the pseudo-science which can sell yet another miracle cure product? Or is it derived from some commercial pitch? (However, considering the media emphasis on the health risks of high-sodium diets and the fact that nobody uses salty soups as laxatives, it is hard to believe that anybody would fall for such "crap" -- pun intended.) And wasn't there a spam hoax a few years ago making a similar claim about John Wayne's autopsy? But I suppose my bottom-line question is: Is someone pranking my friend or is this some sort of humorous compilation of multiple spam hoaxes into one silly "exhortation"? more

Resolved Question: How to cure being a picky eater?

So I'm a picky eater but I don't want to be. I ask people how I can overcome being a picky eater and they just say 'Try new foods' but it's not that easy for me. I will never eat fish. The smell is repulsive and I gag whenever I am near fish never find when I put it into my mouth. I liked milk in the U.K. but the milk where I live now is really disgusting and whenever I try and drink it I gag. The same goes for soy milk, cheese and many other foods. Even non-dairy foods make me want to vomit. I used to eat well when I was four-ish but when I went to school I started to become a bad eater. It's really difficult for me to maontain a healthy diet. My carbohydrate intake I think is pretty good, and my fruit and veg intake, but I definately don't grt enough protein. My mom told me to drink this protein shake thing but it was really disgusting and made me gag really badly. Another thing is that while some foods tadte bad I might actually eat it if I didn't gag all the time. About the only thing I eat are fries, chocolate, apples, carrots, cucumbers, onions, mushrooms and grapes. I don't even know how I got this far without becoming seriously ill. But I think it has taken a toll on my health a little bit because I get cold feet, I sweat a lot and my nails have those white marks in them and one of them is completely wrinkled up. I guess some of these problems could have something to do with me being a teenager but still...what should I do?? more

Resolved Question: Anyone tried Budwig diet to lower or cure Type II Diabetes ?

I have read on some information on Budwig diet and it indicated that it can sure Type 2 Diabates if strictly followed. Anyone with diabetes has tried this ? I am just diagonised with diabetes and my first blood test showed fasting sugar of 132 but when I checked with glucometer in a week after the above test it showed 125. I year ago my blood sugar was 98. I am now looking aggressively if I can get my blood sugar below 110. Also, while I read about Budwig diet I thought it is worth giving it a try. So also want to check if anyone has experience with it. Remember, as some people pointed out that for Budwig diet to be successful, you not only have to take this special diet for few weeks or months depending on how high your sugar levels are, but also have to avoid all non-organic food and other oils, eggs, etc that have lots of saturated fats. Anyone who has tried it, please chime in with your experience.I would appreciate answers from anyone who has tried this protocol. Not from people who claim to have "common sense" and so on.I would appreciate answers from anyone who has tried this protocol. more

Resolved Question: How long will it take to cure my acne?

I won't lie - I have serious acne. I was confused because I take very careful, thorough care of my skin. Well I just read that sleep deprivation and a poor diet can be two huge contributors to acne. This seems plausible for me because I have serious sleep issues and my diet is really terrible. Assuming I was able to sleep 8 hours every night and eat healthy starting now, how long do you think it'd take for my acne to drastically improve? I'm not saying it'll work for sure because I know some of it's probably because I'm 15. But since this seems plausible, what do you think? 10 points if you can put it in a way I understand hahaedit: please don't spam w/ scam links more

Voting Question: Experiencing Rogaine side effects, really need your advice.....?

Experiencing Rogaine side effects, really need your advice.....? Hi, I am a 23 year old guy suffering from alopecia. I used Rogaine 2% foam for the first time last night, and experienced burning sensation in my stomach, acidity and some constipation, for most of the following day. I had tried Rogaine 2% foam earlier too for about a week, once a day, and had experienced the same thing then also. I had told about this to my dermatologist before I applied it yesterday night, and he told me to start by applying it once every 2 days (one of the reasons being that I live in a hot country where the absorption of rogaine into skin is more). Actually my stomach is extra-sensitive to anything that I eat or any other thing that acts on stomach, because I had hyper-acidity 1 year back and have been on a strictly restricted, easy to digest diet since then, although I am cured of it and have only some constipation now. Will it be a good idea to start using it only once every 3 days? I really need your advice as to how to tackle these side-effects, any guesses that you may have as to how to eliminate or minimize them, and your own experience with any such gastro-intestinal side effect that you might have suffered. more

Resolved Question: Eating/Dieting Problems. Advice?

I'm not overweight by any stretch of the imagination, but I do have a little extra plump on me, and not very much muscle. Anyway, I'm trying to tone up, but I keep inadvertently running into problems. On any given day, one of three things happens: 1. I eat normally. Hooray! But soon after... 2. I don't eat anything for hours and hours at a time, sometimes just one meal a day, because I'm not hungry. But I'm definitely not getting anywhere close to 1000 calories, until... 3. I eat like a pig. I'm not sure it counts as a binge, but, for example, two days ago I ate 2 peanut butter sandwiches and a box of ritz crackers on top of all my regular food, plus ice cream for desert and a few cokes. No water. Rinse and repeat. Exercise follows a similar cycle, from normal to nothing to killing myself on a treadmill. Any suggestions for how I could regulate this? I know that the exercise problem could be cured by scheduling, but what about the eating? more
